CPWR - the Center for Construction Research and Safety has announced the launch of a new website that will offer specialized safety training resources for all Building Trades Councils and Local Unions.

The website is eLCOSH Images, and its internet URL is: www.elcoshimages.org

It’s a Web site modeled after eLCOSH that offers construction safety and health photos at no charge. Each photo is categorized and has descriptive text about the COSH practice; the trades involved; and offers users the options of downloading a high-resolution file for print or low-res for screen/Web use.

The site has been designed specifically with safety trainers and safety managers in mind. The intent was to provide them with additional tools for informing workers – and sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.   
 
The Building and Construction Trades Department is encouraging all state and local building trades councils to spread the word and share this information with its local unions and safety trainers.
